Our client has been part of a big German chemical company for many years. In the course of a new strategic approach this part has been split of and at the end has been bought by a German family owned group in order to strengthen longterm its specialty chemical business. The further growth is carried out to a large extend organically but also occasionally with acquisitions.
Our client produces and delivers chemical additives for agrochemicals, coatings, textil fibre production, food, paper, cable and further industries for the global market. In order to support the ongoing growth in the agrochemical business we are looking a further experienced

Sales Manager Agrochemicals (m/f/d)

These tasks await you:

  • Global commercial and technical interface to customers (B2B and B2C) and distributors in projects and the daily business together with one more collegue
  • Continous maintenance of customer and market information (products, competition, trends)
  • Optimization and enlargement of product portfolio
  • Representation of the company at the customer, trade shows etc.
  • Collaboration for the budget

These are your professional qualifications:

  • Technical knowhow of agrochemicals e.g. based on a technical education or study or commercial study with technical experience in the job
  • Knowhow in regulatory affairs
  • Multi-annual experience in sales of products which require technical explanation, preferentially in an international environment
  • Affinity to sales
  • You show a proactive, self-reliant and target oriented working style and you are a good team player with good communication skills especially in an international context
  • You are fluent in English; German and maybe a further language would be beneficial
